​ Nancy Holtze is a Master Certified Coach (ICF MCC), a credential held by fewer than 4% of coaches worldwide, with over 20,000 hours of coaching experience. She partners with leaders across Fortune 500 companies, high-growth tech startups, nonprofits, education, healthcare, and manufacturing to accelerate leadership success.
With deep expertise in executive and leadership coaching, Nancy has worked extensively with global organizations, including Google, Meta, Microsoft, Salesforce, PayPal, and more. For the past three years, she has coached Google leaders on executive presence, authentic leadership, emotional intelligence, communication, and leading through change.

With a background in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and talent strategy, Katie has coached executives across industries, guiding them through complex transitions, leadership challenges, and high-impact decision-making.
