Coach Engagement:

Here's how we work with you to build courageous, high-integrity leaders through our transformational coaching  programs.
  • Discovery Call: We begin by learning about your company culture, goals, and desired outcomes for coaching.
  • Shift Positive® 360 feedback: Conduct a 360 feedback survey with up to 8 of the leader's allies to get a broad perspective of their network. This 360 focuses on the leader's strengths, what they can do to be even more effective, and commitments from their allies to support their growth. 
  • Setting goals and aspired vision: The client, manager and coach collaborate to set clear developmental goals for the coaching engagement.  
  • Engaging in coaching sessions: Scheduled coaching sessions are designed to promote self-awareness, reflection, strategic thinking, and actionable steps.
  • Tracking Progress: We keep you informed by having regular check ins where clients share goals and progress updates with the client's manager at the beginning, middle, and end of the coaching engagement.
  • 360 Progress Survey: Allies who were part of the 360 interview will be surveyed to understand how the leaders is progressing on their goals.
  • Wrap up: Savor progress goal attainment, and future steps. ​

I believe true leadership starts from within, and I blend positive psychology with Dr. Brené Brown’s research to support growth from the inside out. My hope in coaching is to empower leaders to lead with courage, purpose, and heart—creating a ripple effect that inspires and elevates others.
