The Leadership Circle Profile is unique because it is the only 360 assessment that measures both Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies.

Shift Positive approach uses: -Appreciative questions to understand the best of what is -Solution-focused questions to identify specific desired behaviors -Systems thinking to garner allies from the leader's "people system" -Social network analysis to gain insight into energy raising behaviors and energy drains

SP360 AI addresses these challenges head-on by incorporating the Shift Positive philosophy, which emphasizes strengths, solution-focused feedback, and the importance of context in the feedback process. LEADERSHIP CIRCLE PROFILE: Circle Profile is an instrument that connects a well researched battery of competencies with underlying motivating habits of thought. It reveals the relationship between patterns of action and internal assumptions that drive behavior. The instrument measures two domains Creative competencies and Reactive Competencies so the key areas for development rise to the surface. In this way, it gives the leader far greater insight into how they are thinking and what they are doing that limits the full deployment of creative competencies.
The top half of TLC measures 18 well-researched competencies measuring how leaders achieve results, bring out the best in others, lead with vision, enhance their development, act with integrity and courage, and improve organizational systems.
The bottom half of TLC measures the 3 styles emphasizing caution over creating results, self-protection over productive engagement, and aggression over building alignment. These self-limiting styles focus on gaining the approval of others, protecting yourself, or getting results at the expense of others. Thus, TLC increases awareness to create change in behavior.
