Class Two: Strengths-based Feedback. Survey of Character Strengths report. The importance of strength-based feedback - understanding yours and your colleagues as well as how to AIM a strength toward an area of development.
Class Three: Solution-focused Feedback. Provide strengths-based feedback. A more effective way of communicating “areas of improvement.”
Class Four: Building from a desired future. Feedback conversation; apply t-chart. A shift in mindset toward what is working and how could it work even better via Appreciative Inquiry.
Class Five: Human Systems + Support. Understanding key concepts of system thinking + support and how that drives sustainable change.
