Shift Positive 360 & Live

The Shift Positive® method is a new and powerful way of gathering and giving feedback. It is grounded in positive psychology and engages the leader's "people system” as allies who actively and openly support the leader's development throughout the change process.

​This 360-feedback tool creates real and lasting change and is a perfect kick-off and complement to the Dare to Lead™ programs. This can be done as individual stakeholder interviews and/or in a live team setting.
